Sub: Election to the executive committee of IMAPS India Chapter - period 2007-2009
Dear members,
As per the existing bylaws the executive council (EC) of the association should be constituent every two years. It should have 12 members who are elected through the ballet process.
It is proposed to hold election for the period 2007 - 2009 as per the following schedule.

I hereby invite nominations for elections for reconstitution of EC for the period 2007-2009. The nominations may be sent to the undersigned in the format attached either by registered post/ courier or by fax so as to reach the undersigned before 15:00 Hours on July 25 2007. If July 25 2007 is declared holiday by the government for any reasons, the last date will stand automatically extended by 24 hours without any further notice.
The information regarding Life Membership Number, Address, etc. or any other matter related to the elections can be obtained from imaps office on phone and can be accessed through IMAPS web site (www.imapsindia.org). The office will remain open between 6:30 pm to 8 pm on all days except Sundays.
